Define the opportunities means we review with our clients the opportunities before them to identify key objectives and build a personal career plan including specific action steps to achieve the desired result. Execute a search process is working with your separated employees to execute on the plan in place, with constant review, to make sure that the separated employee stays on track to accomplish the objective of finding meaningful employment quickly & effectively. Manage the transition means your separated employee has accomplished the objective of finding meaningful employment, and we work with them to insure they transition into their new position smoothly, while also transferring the knowledge of career search best practices to last a lifetime.
